Pat Fagan serves as a Senior Corporate Strategist at ASE Private Wealth®, supporting the firm’s corporate consulting and pre-M&A initiatives. In this role, he works alongside ASE’s advisory team to help business owners strengthen financial clarity, evaluate strategic opportunities, and prepare their companies for long-term growth and transition.
Prior to joining ASE, Pat served as a Senior Financial Analyst at a global manufacturing company, where he focused on financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning that supported operational and financial decision-making. His experience analyzing complex financial data and translating it into actionable insights helps clients better understand the drivers of enterprise value and long-term business performance.
Pat’s experience spans multiple industries, including hospitality, outdoor power equipment, and buy-here-pay-here (BHPH) finance. He brings a collaborative, team-first mindset to his work with clients, shaped by his background in athletics at Furman University.
